Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
At PHILLYACTIVEWEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are non-refundable.
